To achieve this, we are expanding our team and looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join us in two critical roles: Aging in Place (AIP) Construction Manager and Construction Project Supervisor.
Aging in Place (AIP) Construction Manager
Are you passionate about helping the elderly and lower-income families live safely and comfortably in their homes? Our Aging in Place (AIP) Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by assisting Goodhue County homeowners with essential home renovations and improvements. This position involves:
Overseeing the Aging in Place program and ensuring its success through strong relationships with vendors, contractors, organizations, and individuals.
Managing the construction, renovation, and repair of homes following GCHFH’s guidelines, practices, policies, standards, and codes.
Reporting to the Executive Director and expanding to oversee all construction projects within GCHFH.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a heart for service, committed to helping families live safely in their homes for as long as possible.

Construction Project Supervisor
Do you have a knack for supervising construction projects and ensuring they are completed to the highest standards? Our Construction Project Supervisor will be instrumental in supporting our mission by overseeing home construction, renovation, and repair projects for qualified Goodhue County residents. This role involves:
Supervising construction projects in alignment with GCHFH’s guidelines, practices, policies, standards, and codes.
Reporting to the Construction Manager and collaborating with a dedicated team to achieve our mission.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and a passion for building homes and hope in our community.
