Goodhue County Habitat for Humanity is excited to share progress on our largest affordable housing project yet—HOPE Heights.

 

This transformative 5-acre development, located on the former St. John’s Hospital site, will bring 26 affordable homes to Red Wing, creating new opportunities for families to achieve stability and build generational wealth.

 

With infrastructure planning well underway, construction is set to begin later in 2025, marking a major step forward in addressing the local housing shortage and supporting our workforce.
